After being a receptionist for nursing homes for over five years, my focus has changed from career to entrepreneurship. One of my goals for WHV Empire is to start as a virtual assistant service that will gradually grow into a full-service virtual assistant agency offering a wide range of services and catering to various industries.

I have a bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in IT, 10 + years of customer service, and 4+ years of administrative experience. I am currently preparing for the real estate exam in the state of Wisconsin to become a real estate agent and certification for property management.I am also a mother of 3 children and a 10-year-old pit bull named Kilo.

My experiences include all Microsoft Office Suite applications, primarily Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite, with knowledge of social media, marketing, and email marketing tools. I will continue to invest heavily in myself and my business, and I believe wholeheartedly in investing in yourself and your business.

Since starting this business, I have been up to date on the latest technology, marketing ideas, software programs, campaigns, etc. so you can get the maximum exposure out of your business.

MY WHY

I became a small business owner because I have outgrown as an employee. In all the jobs I have had, I could not showcase my skills and knowledge fully because they did not care about me and my capabilities and were limited to what they wanted me to do. I believe that I have so much to offer that I know what it takes to be a great virtual assistant and how my services can be beneficial to you and your business.

I am a hard worker and love to develop new skills through continuous learning and growth. I want to offer my years of experience in customer service, administration and business knowledge to those seeking to grow their business while having more work-life balance. My goal is to provide the services you need to be more productive in your business and to assist you in successfully moving to the next level.
