Payments

The service fee is due when you schedule your appointment and is non-refundable. Notary travel and notarization fees are due before the notarization appointment and will be paid directly to the Notary. All payments must be paid via an invoice sent within 1-3 business days of completed service.

All payments must be completed online via secure payments provided with an invoice, credit/debit, or cash for payments less than $ 50.00

Please be advised: Service fees are still due and payable if the signing does not occur for any reason when the notary arrives or if the appointment is canceled 30 minutes or less before the scheduled appointment. If the signer does not show or refuses to sign documents, fees are still due and payable. Fees will equal a minimum of ½ of the signing fee and travel fee as well as the fee for wait time, whichever is greater.
