Note: ** We are a Mobile and In-House Notary Service provider; therefore, all transactions are performed at a location convenient to you!

Remote Online Notarization Fees
Travel/Mobile service fees will be added to the standard fee.
Loan signing services include:
* Loan Document Pickup & Delivery (Local Areas)
* Drop-off to courier upon signing completion, with confirmation email/tracking information
(must be prepaid prior to travel to the facility)
Hospitals and Nursing Homes: $ 60
Jails and Detention Centers: $ 95
Airport Terminal Fee: $ 40
Purchase – Borrower and Seller: Specific location or in office (lender or escrow) Loan Signing: $125
Refinance: $150 – local mobile notary to client home or other location that is agreed, $ 185 – if there is more than 1 signer
Reverse Mortgage: $ 175
VA Loan: $ 85
Business/Commercial Closings: $ 350 per copy (if the lender requires more than 1 copy)
General Notary Fees
